Pricing questions
What is an IP Ops seat?
An IP Ops seat is for the people who design, run and monitor workflows, typically IP operations managers and administrators. They get the full orchestration and measurement platform.
What is a participant user?
Participants are team members who receive and execute workflow steps inside the Chrome extension or the Word and Outlook add-ins, attorneys, paralegals, external agents. They are $10/user/month on Workflows & Operation, and included in Enterprise.
Are inventors really free?
Yes, always, on every plan, in unlimited numbers. Inventors submit disclosures and answer questions a few times a year; we will never meter that.
What counts as a connected system?
Each external platform Cblindspot connects to, your IPMS, a patent search engine, a drafting platform, an e-billing provider. Patent office data (EPO, USPTO) and Slack/Teams/Microsoft 365 do not count toward the limit.
