    Pricing questions

What is an IP Ops seat?

An IP Ops seat is for the people who design, run and monitor workflows — typically IP operations managers and administrators. They get the full orchestration and measurement platform.

    What is a participant user?

Participants are team members who receive and execute workflow steps inside the Chrome extension or the Word and Outlook add-ins — attorneys, paralegals, external agents. They are $10/user/month on Business, and included in Enterprise.

    Are inventors really free?

Yes — always, on every plan, in unlimited numbers. Inventors submit disclosures and answer questions a few times a year; we will never meter that.

What counts as a connected system?

Each external platform Cblindspot connects to — your IPMS, a patent search tool, a drafting tool, an e-billing provider. Patent office data (EPO, USPTO) and Slack/Teams/Microsoft 365 do not count toward the limit.
