    General Conditions of Use

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using CBlindspot.ai (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these General Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CBlindspot SAS ("Company", "we", "us").

    2. Description of Services

    CBlindspot.ai is an IP and LegalTech discovery, comparison, and market intelligence platform. The Platform provides:

    • Access to a curated database of 4,500+ IP and LegalTech vendors across 28 categories.
    • Side-by-side product comparison tools powered by proprietary ontologies.
    • Expert reviews and evaluations from a network of 150+ vetted industry professionals.
    • Market intelligence reports, vendor pulse analytics, and watchlist functionality.
    • Decision workspace tools including RFP management and vendor governance features.
    • IRIS, an AI-powered research assistant for IP/LegalTech analysis.

    3. Account Registration

    To access premium features, you must create an account using a valid professional email address. Personal email providers (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) are not accepted for registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

    We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access to any account at our sole discretion.

    4. Subscription Plans & Payment

    Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content, data, analytics, reports, ontologies, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of CBlindspot SAS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

    Vendor logos, trademarks, and product descriptions displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used under fair use for informational purposes.

    6. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
    • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
    • Share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
    • Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that could harm the Platform or other users.

    7. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

    While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vendor data, market analyses, and expert reviews are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional legal, financial, or procurement advice.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBlindspot SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to procurement decisions made based on Platform data.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
